Splashbacks
1. Do you manufacture the glass splashbacks?
Yes. Each splashback is made to order and there are no standard sizes. Our team of experts use only the best safety glass made to Australian Standards. You come direct to the manufacturer, that’s why are prices are the most competitive in the market place.
2. What are the advantages of splashbacks vs tiles?
The modern sleek design of glass splashbacks will brighten up your room. And no grout means no mould or mildew. The splashbacks are much easier to clean and look brand new even after years of use.
3. Is the glass safe near hot surfaces?
If you have a gas stove and the distance is less than 200mm from the rear gas burner to the glass splashback, you are legally required to install a fire retardant board behind the stove.
4. What colours do you have?
Our preferred paints Resene paints. However we can match any colour in today’s market place. Whether it’s a dulux or taubmans or other paint provider colours. Just provide the name of the paint and we’ll match it accordingly.
5. What surface do you apply the glass splashback onto?
We recommend a smooth surface of plasterboard, cement sheeting, MDF or concrete to maximize the effect of the splashback. However it is possible to adhere the splashback on top of your existing tiles. If you choose this option please be aware that you will loose approximately 6mm of bench space and it may look bulky at the sides if this is visible.
6. What type of glass do you use?
We use:
6 mm ultra clear/Starphire glass -Is the most optically clear glass available. If you are looking for an exact colour match or a light shade we will recommend this type of glass.
7. Is a Splashback easy to clean?
Yes. We recommend you use either warm soapy water and a clean soft cloth or a streak free glass cleaner.
8. How long will it take to get my splashback?
Approximately 10-15 working days from start to installation.
9. Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. We give you a 10 yr warranty on paint.
10. How do I order?
Please fax or email or mail your drawings/measurements/order with the template if required. Contact us on phone number (03) 9310 4307 or email

3600mm is the limit of our glass length. If the splashback is longer, we will require it in panels sizes.
